Returned goods

If you do not like the product you have purchased, or if you do not like it for other reasons, you can exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days without giving reasons. The period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

In case of a deterioration of the returned articles, we reserve the right to claim compensation for lost value within the scope of the statutory provisions. This does not apply if a deterioration is exclusively due to the examination of the goods, as it would have been possible for you in a shop - e.g. a product test without assembly. We therefore recommend that, if possible, articles that you return are only used for the purpose of such an inspection.

If you wish to return your Leptoon product to us, you will be responsible for the direct costs of the return. For this purpose use e.g. our Revocation form. We recommend insured shipping.

Complaint

We check all products once again for quality before shipping. Should it nevertheless happen that an article arrives with a mistake or that it is a wrongly delivered article, you can of course complain to us.
